Bought these from the US Company Tortid, they are black suede effect strappy high heels with a fabtic tie that ties up the leg. There is a zip that fatens up at the back of the heel (see pics). Brand new in box NEVER WORN. Sadly due yo a back problem I cannot wear heels so my beloved collection has to go!!!!!!! These are fabulous very glam witha block 4.5 inch heel.
