Vintage RIOS of MERCEDES Western Roper Cowboy Orange Leather Boots Round Toe

This is a great pair of true vintage Rio of Mercedes roper-style western cowboy boots. Made from unique orange-brown genuine leather with decorative stitching, they feature a roper-height shaft, what appears to be a leather sole with a wooden stacked heel, and a man-made heel cap. There’s no size label but based on the 3-3/4" width at the ball of the sole, they seem to fit approximately a men’s size 7–7.5 or women’s size 8.5–9; please check the measurements for accuracy.

10-1/4" sole length (heel to toe)  
3-3/4" sole width at ball of foot  
1-1/4" heel height  
11-1/4" total height  
They’re in true vintage used condition with some scratches, scuffs, and rolled toes, and may need stretching and flattening. I couldn’t get my wide foot into them, but they remain solid with excellent craftsmanship and should last for years with a bit of care. They’ve been cleaned and polished with leather conditioner, though a more detailed cleaning could be done if desired.
