This beautiful, vintage brooch is in excellent condition, and I believe it to be new old stock, but it may have been worn a time or two There is a beautiful, blue rhinestone eye, and a larger oval stone that may be a pearl, or it may just have a pearlescent coating. The original price was $50 for the incredible luxury, vintage piece!
