Vintage Hinged Rhinestone Cylinder Earrings – Circa 1938–1946
Beautiful original vintage hinged lever-back earrings dating to the late 1930s through mid-1940s. These feature gold-tone stylized bow tops with pavé-set cylindrical lantern drops filled with foil-backed paste rhinestones that catch the light beautifully. The thick hand-formed lever backs and deep foil construction are hallmarks of early pre-1950 costume jewelry. Crafted in gold-wash over brass during the Art Deco to early Retro transition period. Approx. 1.25–1.5 inches long. A rare, authentic example of true pre-war glamour in very good vintage condition.
