20 Pieces. In child played with condition. SOME WITH FLAWS. Items will have scuffs, stains, fading, discoloration, scratches and dirt marks. I only gave these a light wipe down.
**Vanity has lots of wear and damage, scrapes and Debris. It is missing a cover on one side and the other side is half broken.
**Toilet is missing lid
** Drawer thing with blue fronts have strings on the inner side, but are missing the objects.
**There are 3 pillows/cushions and some sort of picnic table- Not sure if these are Loving Family brand.
