Beautiful Cut Velvet I believe the technique is called Birodo Yuzen. the size is 24" wide and 14" tall framed. Was my Great Great Grandmother's, so I am not sure on the exact age of this picture, but I do know she traveled to Japan a few times. It is a picture of the Kyomizudera in Kyoto .
