Basically brand new with tags. Only used twice. They sent the wrong colour and we just used it twice until the right colour arrived. It is extremely safe and will protect your child better from seatbelt injuries than other designs. We have two in each car and they are so easy with the single clip to pop in. Easy to adjust. My kids love them since they have a little table to balance books on and a pillow if they want to sleep.
