This is a Sukajan (souvenir jacket) made in Japan in the 1950s-60s.
It features a dragon and a hawk embroidered on the back, and dragons embroidered on the sleeves, making it a very cool piece.
As shown in the photos, there are stains on the cuffs, etc., but there are no pinholes or tears.
